We love to cross-promote, just don't harass us for free stuff! If you still think you'd be a great sponsor candidate, take the time to send a personalized email, don't spam a canned message.     Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Please be aware that customs fees vary per country and our out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred on international orders.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours, except on weekends. Once the order has been shipped, approximate shipping times are as follows:

    Canada: 5 - 10 business days.
    United States: 2 - 7 business days.
    International: 10 - 21 business days on average (Australia, NZ, and similarly distanced countries may take a bit longer).

    **These shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely vary a little bit depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    Returns:

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items:
    - Gift cards
    - Downloadable software products

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exchanges:
